This is the first time that we’ve had one of our Sales Managers at EMPAUA join the Salesforce Cloud Futura Solution Engineer program from our DACH offices, and we couldn’t be more excited and happy for Stefan Dittrich’s achievements. This is not only a big step forward in Stefan’s career but it also demonstrates how much Salesforce trusts our unique approach to getting closer to our customers.
The Salesforce Could Futura program allowed Stefan to work closely with Salesforce to provide quality support in areas such as technical pre-sales and customer knowledge through showcasing creative demos and storytelling techniques. The program’s aim is to help us a more meaningful impact on customers when identifying their needs, provide the best solutions and, ultimately, implement innovative projects that take their business to the next level.
